I have never used skincare before, where do I start?
The best skincare routine for beginner is a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a sunscreen. Baysic have them all covered. Baysic Essential Set includes the Baysic Purifying Cleanser, the Complete Solution, and the UV Defence Sun Stick.
What is the best-way to see result with Baysic?
Consistency is the key to every success. We highly recommend using Baysic consistently to make the most out of it.
How long do I expect to see result after using Baysic?
Most people start to feel better after 1 to 2 weeks. You will start to see even better result in 4 to 8 weeks. However, everyone is difference and there are many factors that account for how soon you will see result.
I have sensitive skin, can I use Baysic?
Yes! Baysic products can be used for all skin types.
How often should I use Purifying Cleanser?
We recommend using Purifying Cleanser twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
I have an oily skin, do I need the Complete Solution?
Yes! Oily skin can also be dehydrated. Give your skin enough hydration to prevent sign of aging, balance oil and moisture, and most importantly prevent the excessive production of oil.
I am mostly indoor, do I need UV Defence Sun Stick?
Yes! The risk of exposing to UV rays are possible even indoor.
I experience mild break-out after using Baysic, what should I do?
Some people may experience a mild breakout after using Baysic. This is a normal phenomenon called ‘Purging’. Purging occurs when your skin is switched to new products and the cell turnover rate is increasing. There is nothing to worry about. You may expect purging to go away within 4-6 weeks.

All Baysic products should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
